It also said " We are continually updating our processes and capabilities. Click on Shields and Flags." The header had State of NewYork as the highest ranking optimized keyword. This keyword is followed by NewYork, help, and directory which isn't as urgent as State of NewYork. The other words travel-newyork.com used was links. tourism is included but might not be understood by search parsers.
